Dr. Robert Harper envisions a world where individuals – regardless of life conditions – can pursue pathways that unlock greater opportunity, social capital, and upward mobility and he has been facilitating programs throughout his career that allow traditional and non-traditional learners to explore what that looks and feels like for them.

His commitment to providing education access to underrepresented, underserved, marginalized learners can be seen across campuses and communities throughout the country with an emphasis on Texas and Louisiana. 

Through the facilitation of his programmatic work and the deployment of his resources and networks, Dr. Harper is  strengthening education, creating economic opportunity, supporting public safety, and enriching the cultural and commercial landscapes of major metropolitan footprints as well as rural environments.
